Got what it takes? tell us

Only one person in five hundred has what it takes to work for Viderity

All our full-time positions are actually full right now. But we are looking for unusually gifted people for our Internship Program.

Interning at Viderity gives you the opportunity to work directly with our remarkable designers, developers, marketers and project managers—in every facet of our business. You could spend the rest of your life looking for a better opportunity to gain on-the-job experience (but don’t—what if you never find it, and then you die sad, alone and jobless?! Apply now!)

What does it take?

Well, you gotta have a sense of humor. But you also gotta have a real eagerness to work. And when we say “work”, we also mean learn. If you just can’t get excited about the web, then you are not the droid we’re looking for. But if the chance to play all day with amazing technology and learn more about using it effectively gets you out of bed, then you’re just the Padawan we want to train.

Internships are for two days a week minimum, and you can go all the way up to full time if you want to.

What’s in it for you?

You mean, apart from invaluable experience? Okay, how about money? Yes, our programs are paid internships.

Academic credit is determined by your education institution, so please provide requirements!

  • Drupal Community Intern. Want to launch your Drupal cred into space? As a L10 Drupal intern you’ll become a credited maintainer of Drupal modules, attend Drupal labs and podcasts, create documentation and tutorials, and get expert guidance.
  • Social Media Intern. Got a natural instinct for what to say, when, where and how in today’s rolling social media landscape? You’ll need to have hands-on experience with social media tools—blogging, Twitter, Facebook, social bookmarking and all that stuff. Specific tasks may include authoring blog posts, posting tweets, engaging users, researching and identifying potential PR opportunities…and of course whatever great ideas you come up with too!
  • Project Management Intern. Are you really good at real-time strategy games? Do you kick the crap out of Koreans in Starcraft? Hey, you might also be a natural project manager! You’ll look after gathering requirements, overseeing design & development work, implementation, launch, and reporting. And you’ll get real familiar with an Agile development environment, and Scrum. But you’ll also have to be fearless about jumping in and helping the team.

So…if you’re a college student, graduate student, international student, or a beginning professional interested in any of these positions, go ahead and…
